How it started

Hi! I’m Evelyne, founder and Chief Fermenting Officer of TERRA FERMENTA. When love brought me to Asia, I discovered fermented foods. Passionate as I was about the concept that food is medicine, I immersed myself in the world of fermentation. I realised how essential a healthy digestion and especially a balanced gut flora are for good health. For example, did you know that we have 10 times more bacteria than human cells?
